1. Subscription Fees

Rentez operates on a subscription model with monthly or annual billing cycles. Subscription fees are due at the beginning of each billing period and are non-refundable, except as specified below.

2. Refund Policy

Free Trials: Rentez may offer a free trial period for new users. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial, you will not be charged.

Refunds: Refunds are typically not available for paid subscriptions after the free trial period. However, if you believe a billing error occurred or there were extenuating circumstances, please reach out to support@gorentez.com within 30 days of the charge, and we will review the case individually.

3. Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will be downgraded to a free or limited-access plan (if available).

Rentez-Initiated Cancellations: Rentez reserves the right to cancel or suspend your account for violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases, refunds are typically not issued.

4. Payment Disputes

If you notice any discrepancies in your billing, please contact support@gorentez.com within 30 days of the transaction date to resolve the issue.

5. Changes to Subscription Plans and Pricing

Rentez may adjust subscription prices and features periodically. Users will be notified of any price changes, which will apply at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
