Welcome to Rentez, a comprehensive rental management platform developed by Velozity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, services, mobile applications, and website (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. User Eligibility

Our Services are designed for individuals aged 18 or older who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using our Services, you affirm that you meet these requirements and that you will only use our Services for lawful purposes.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features of Rentez, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Prohibited Use: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with our software. Unauthorized use of our Services, including for fraudulent purposes, is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Certain features of Rentez are available on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Rentez reserves the right to change pricing at the end of a billing period with prior notice. If you dispute any charges, contact support@gorentez.com within 30 days of the transaction.

6. Property Management and Communication

Through Rentez, you may manage and communicate with tenants and applicants, store documents, and process payments. You are solely responsible for the legality of the rental agreements, communications, and data you upload to the platform.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, features, and code within Rentez are the exclusive property of Velozity. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of our Services without prior written permission from Velozity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rentez provides its Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Rentez and Velozity are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rentez and Velozity, along with their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or any actions related to your rental properties.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Rentez at any time, especially in cases of suspected violations of these Terms or unauthorized use of our Services. Termination of Services does not absolve you from any outstanding payment obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
